Kenneth Poe Funeral Services

FORT MILL, SC – Warren S. Overlock, Jr., 87, passed away at his home, Sunday, August 9, 2026, after a long illness.  He was born October 2, 1938, in Bangor, Maine to the late Warren and Grace Overlock.

Warren enjoyed mathematics and while still a young man in Bangor, he completed college level calculus in the eighth grade and went on to master computer programming.  He held offices in Bangor Jaycees and the Lions Club in addition to other leadership roles for several charities. One of his greatest interests was working in his woodworking shop.

Warren worked as Purchasing Manager for NH Bragg & Sons for 33 years before settling in Millinocket, Maine, where he became District Manager for Dead River Co.  He eventually retired from Dead River and moved to Massachusetts.

Warren leaves beyond his wife, Charlotte (Cam) of 57 yrs; daughters, Sharon Byras and her husband, Grant and Susan Overlock; grandsons, Elton and Braden Lockard; nephews, David, Daniel, and Michael Kissling and niece, Dianne Clarizio.  He was predeceased by his sister, Sally Kissling.

Funeral services will be held 10:30 AM on Friday, August 14, 2026, at St. Nektarios Greek Orthodox Church.  The family will receive friends 30 minutes prior to the service at the church.  Interment will follow at Evergreen Cemetery.
