We just learned of Elwood’s passing . He was a special person. With our rector's wife he led us in evening studies of the Bible at St Bride’s Church. We were blessed with our times of fellowship and learning. We missed him when he left the area but always had and will have a special place in our hearts for him. May he rest in peace with his Lord.We pray God will give comfort to his loved ones.

I have known him for a short time. I visited his residence. The first thing that impressed me was that he was very patient, understanding, not demanding, and gladly accepted his family's gifts. He was a good father and had a positive mindset. That touched my heart.
He was an intellectual. He was a great father in my opinion.
At this time, I can only say goodbye, Sir ,Your work on earth is complete. Rest in peace, rejoice in heaven with the Lord Jesus and the angels in heaven.
I am grateful to have met you.
That meeting was very memorable for me., you with God now .
