I am so very sorry for your loss. Lanny and I attended high school together in Elkin, and he was one of my best friends. I also live in Charlotte, and I ran into Lanny some years back. He was a wonderful person and one whom I shall never forget. Just today, I posted something funny on my Facebook page (not knowing he had passed away) about Lanny, and his good friend, Larry Stewart, My prayers are with you all, and just know, I am one person who will never forget this great man. May God Bless you all.
