CHARLOTTE – Jesse David Hill passed away on Friday, July 3, 2026, in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Raised in Hamlet, North Carolina, Jesse spent the last twenty years living and working in Charlotte.  He was a devoted father to his sons, Chris and Cody, and a proud father-in-law to Tien and Fatimah. His greatest joy was being "Pap-pap" to his grandchildren, Hayden and Penelope, who brought so much happiness to his life.

Jesse enjoyed playing golf, cheering on the Carolina Panthers and the North Carolina Tar Heels, and taking walks in nature.  More than anything, he loved spending time with his family.

Jesse will be remembered for the love he had for his family and the time he shared with them.  

He is survived by his sons, Chris and Cody; his daughters-in-law, Tien and Fatimah; his grandchildren, Hayden and Penelope; his brothers, Tim and Jon; and extended family and friends who will miss him dearly.

Services will be private.
