Ariel Efird brings a unique blend of technical expertise and compassionate service to her role as Office Administrator at our funeral home. With several years of experience as a senior product analyst in software development and a background in systems coaching, Ariel is skilled in organization, communication, and streamlining processes—qualities that make her an invaluable part of our team.
Originally an Air Force brat, Ariel eventually settled in Charlotte, where she and her husband, Troy, are raising their two young sons, Landon and Grant. Her attention to detail and caring nature help ensure that the administrative side of our services runs smoothly, allowing us to focus on supporting the families we serve.
