My thoughts and prayers go out to Tracy’s family. He was a good Man, and a longtime Friend. The RSES Conferences won’t be the same without his & Doris’s smiling faces. They’ll be sorely missed by all who had the honor & privilege of knowing them. They’re together in Heaven, watching over us. Ray Clary, CMS, RSES Regional Director.
