William Thompson Brennan

CHARLOTTE – William "Will" Thompson Brennan passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 14th 2018. Will was born on April 4, 1996 in Charlotte, NC. He was the son of Kamin Kitterman Thompson Brennan and Stephen Gene Brennan.
Will graduated from South Mecklenburg High School in 2014 and attended East Carolina University. He was employed by Clark Hall Doors and Windows. Will was joyful, playful, charming and sensitive. He loved his dogs and The Carolina Panthers. He also loved outdoor activities - lacrosse, hiking, swimming, fishing, basketball and the beach.
Will was blessed with and adored by his extended loving family and loved by many friends. Recently celebrating his 22nd birthday, he was confident and excited about his future plans.
In addition to his parents, Will is survived by his Grandmother, Marge Kitterman; Aunt and Uncle, Kristin and Kurt Batsel and cousins Hannah and Katy; Aunt, Lisa Kitterman and cousin, Bennett; Grandfather, Norman Thompson; Aunt and Uncle, Corinne and Alan Thompson and cousins Dylan and Daniel; Aunt and Uncle Donnie and Wanda Thompson and cousins Chelsea and Courtney, and Aunt and Uncle Joni Thompson Turpin and Perry Turpin. He is also survived by a special great Aunt, Loretta Todd.
Will is preceded in death by his father, Mark Thompson; Grandmother, Joan Thompson; Grandfather, Robert "Bob" Kitterman; and Uncle, Kurt Kitterman.
A celebration of life service for Will is on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 1:00 p.m. and is being held at Unity Presbyterian Church, 303 Tom Hall Street, Fort Mill, SC. The service will be performed by Jeannie Bickett, Sr. Associate Pastor. The family will receive guests in the Fellowship Hall immediately after the service.
