I remember the joy when both Bill and his brother Brooks were born. They brought so much joy to their parents Jim and Lydia Whiteside. Lydia is a lifelong friend of mine. Her sisters Andrea and Leah are too. Bill and Brooks' Grandmother, Nancy Angel and Grandfather Bill Brooks ( Mr. Brooks is now deceased) have been the dearest of friends to my family. I morn the loss of Bill Whiteside along with all of his family and friends. He was a great son and a joy to know. He always had a smile on his face, and he reached out to help others in so many ways. He will always be in my thoughts and prayers. With love, Karen Fletcher
