Frankie was a breath of fresh air! Her energy, laughter, and cheer was infectious. She never had an unkind word about anyone and spread good will wherever she went. Because of Frankie, the world was a better place Hers was a life well-lived!

  • Hibbard Family

Frankie and Charlie were lifelong friends of the Hibbard family (Carl, Doris, Roger, and Bill). Memories of many happy times playing cards, trips to the NC mountains, and sharing meals. Frankie and Doris were best friends their entire lives and were strong Christian companions at First Baptist Church. Whenever the Hibbard family needed anything, the Howells were present and cheerfully helping....friends like that are hard to beat! I know that Doris would do anything to be with Frankie and their friends to remember and celebrate the life of Frankie, but she will be informed of this passing tomorrow by Bill and Roger in person, and I know she will be saddened and praying for all. Frankie will be sorely missed but will be welcomed back home with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ along with all of her Christian family and friends. Peace.....the Hibbard family.
