I am very sorry to hear about Harold. We just found out that he had died last week. I am the executive director of X9 and I knew Harold when he was the chair of the X9 Board of Directors. At that time, I was on the Board. I have published the information about Harold in this weeks X9 newsletter. (You can download a copy here: https://conta.cc/4aGNcqE) Please except condolences from myself and the over 600 members of X9. Harold is remembered as a great leader of X9 and one that guided us through a pivotal time at X9.
