Every encounter with Doug Caulkins made me more cheerful than when I came. His warm smile and ready laugh brought light to everyone he met. I am grateful for having known him and the whole Caulkins family. May you be somewhat consoled by the fact that many will miss him and the world is a better place for his having been here. Grace & Peace, Gordon.
