John Peter Telesky

CHARLOTTE – John Peter Telesky, 81, passed away Friday, March 31, 2023.

John served in the United States Navy and was a longtime employee of Flint Ink where he retired in 2010.  He was a devoted member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles (F.O.E.) where his accolades included Worthy President Aerie #4096, Strawberry Plains, TN 1994-1995; Tennessee State /Provincial President 2007-2008 and Southeast Central Regional President 2010-2011.

He is survived by his wife, Michele; his children, Shea Parker and her husband, Shayne, Victoria Telesky and Kathleen Collins and her husband, Donnie, Kenneth Telesky and his wife, Toni; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren and his sister, Patti Bowen of NY.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 10:30 AM on Thursday, April 20, 2023, at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, 6828 Old Reid Road, Charlotte, NC.  The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the activity center at the church.  Interment will follow at 1:00 PM at Salisbury National Cemetery, Salisbury, NC.

Memorials may be offered in memory of John to F.O.E. Charity Foundation, c/o Kim Fifer, 1623 Gateway Circle, Grove City, OH 43123.  Please include in the memo line F.O.E. Diabetes Research Center.
